Pensions Auto-enrolment Overview

Thomson Cooper systems and software expert, Partner Elaine Cromwell, will be delivering this seminar in Dunfermline. The event aims to help employers prepare for implementing a pension scheme for their employees. Automatic – or auto – enrolment means every employer must enrol eligible staff into a qualifying pension scheme. Both employer and the employee contribute to the pension, as does the government in the form of tax relief. Elaine will help attendees to:
- Find the staging date
- Create an action plan
- Identify eligible staff
- Choose a pension scheme
- Enrol staff
- Register with the Pensions Regulator
- Communicate the details with staff
